A Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, or RCFE, is a type of senior housing facility that is located in California. These facilities help their residents with the day to day tasks needed for every day life, such as eating, bathing and dressing. There are several different types of jobs within these facilities, but if you are seriously interested in pursuing a field in this area you should probably obtain a RCFE certification.
